Ok guys I posted a couple weeks ago about swapping a 350 into my dads 95 3500 2wd dually with a blown 454. I have a 71 chevy with a 454 and a guy wanting to buy it without the motor. How hard and what would I have to do to make my carbed 454 work in my dads 95? We want to make the carb motor tbi. Thanks for the help!

Probably a new top end. Try to source one from a GMT400 7.4. Hit up craigslist. I like searchzempest.com You can also try car-part.com to search yards in your area.

It would be easier just to swap the carbed motor into the 95.
