Buzz noise from behind ac controls

When I switch from cold to heat or vise versa, there is a buzzing noise in the dash behind the controls 95 k1500

That's because the actuator for the blend door is literally right there behind the controls. The question is, does the blender work? If so, normal operation and nothing is wrong.
