Bulb size questions

Seems like theres nowhere that is exactly clear on the OBS (88-94) bulb sizes, so if its cool could someone list them? Planning on eventually doing a full LED conversion.

Taillight bulbs- (upper + lower, unless they are the same, which im sure they are)
Reverse bulbs-
Bulbs under the dash- (the two sockets)
What size festoon for the cab light-
Parking light bulb size-
and finally, the little light inside the glove compartment.

Remember this is a 1992 Sierra, because didnt at least a few bulbs change for the '95+ years?

Oh and another random question, how would one go about wiring a cold cathode for the courtesy lights under the dash, just splice them in? The cathode is 12v so it should work, right?
