99 tahoe under seat subs

Does anyone have this setup? I had my two mtx 10s in the back but want to utilize the down fire under rear seat bow instead because I keep alot of tools, winch, Ice chest, etc in the cargo area. I see where I can moderthe box for around $100 which isn't bad but I thought about building it myself if I could get some rough dimensions. Not about the money so much as I just like to build my own stuff aandI have a couple ssheets of mdf already from another project. Any help or experience appreciated.
