89 1500 350 TBI Possible Ground Issue??

I've had this issue for about a month now with my truck losing power for literally 1 sec when I either hit a bump or turn my wheel. I hear static through my speakers along with all the lights on my dash come on then go off as if i just crunk my truck. I've checked the alternator and battery connections and they are okay. Not sure what this issue is but I would like to fix it. If anyone can give any ideas I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks
