1994 Extended Cab wheel and tire combo

I have started my build of a 1994 ext cab short bed. First, I rebuilt the front steering and suspension in stalled McCauphy 2" lowering springs. So, I guess I'm looking for a reputable 4" drop in the back (suggestions PLEASE). Also, I want a wheel and tire combo to fill the wheel wells ( suggestions also).
