It's honestly pretty easy

Plenty of write ups and the kits are pretty much bolt on
Then turn around and weld after you drive around for a few weeks and like the angles
Springs sag so I waited

For ords kit that would be needed yes
Not for one of your own
The frame slanting up a little bit doesn't change too much
I am curious as to why that's even there
I have read it before

My truck was a 2wd as well I can post pictures on the crossmember being removed

I am wondering why a shimmed kit hasn't been made for the 2500 and 3500 2wd frames as well

I would assume that it would just push the rear shackle a little more forward and from my experience with the 52 in leaf springs it's close as it is so the angle pushing that forward a little more isn't so much of a bad thing
Just my .02 cents

I'd love other thoughts on that
