1992 K1500 automatic won't shift out of first gear?

Update: All the electronics work, lights, Windows, cab lights. We got it pulled to our buddy's shop right down the road. There dad tried to start it one more time and it tried to start but couldn't turn over so we left it for our mechanic to look at, and I will keep posting updates to help others. Thank you guys for the help and trouble shooting so far. What is a PCM and a TPS?

Pcm is "power-train computer module (aka the computer for the truck k)

Tps. Is the throttle position sensor....3 wire plug in on the passanger side of the tbi unit (throttle body unit)
