I was at Lowes lookin at the Kobalt ratchets and I must say I am impressed with how smooth the teeth are on them.....I would much rather have some USA ratchets like SK or Williams, etc. but the Kobalt ones are pretty good Taiwan made ratchets.
I suppose putting a ladder rack on a short bed helps for loading more stuff on top....when I do end up buying a 98 silverado short bed from my relative I'm gonna put a ladder rack on it.
I went to go look at my brother's new 1991 GMC truck yesterday and it starts right up with out the key in the ignition.
Has anybody else here ever had this problem?
Is there a easy way to fix it, or maybe he needs to buy a whole new ignition or something?
Which one do you guys like better?
I prefer long beds, you could fit much more stuff if you are using it as a working truck and I actually think the long bed looks better.
The only problem with Craftsman is that most of their new tools are made in China now. Their USA made tool sets are still on the shelf at most stores but their ratchets suck, get better ratchets and keep the sockets is what I would do.
