suspension lift question
Cranking the keys will change your CV angles and tear up your front end quick fast and in a hurry. I've had two GMT400's with cranked keys and you will rapidly deteriorate your wheel bearing/hub assembly and ball joints. Last truck of mine had a 5" lift (3" BL, 2" blocks rear and 2" Keys front), and with 35's it looked just right. The BL isn't hurting anything, and who doesn't want more lift? What really baffled me was that the oil seemed like a regular 10w and wasn't milky or didn't appear to have additional additives. Picked up a new alternator and cam so wrenching will soon begin.- 2000_Z-71

Oil pressure isn't terrible. around 20 at idle, 40 normal driving and 55 if I romp on it (which sounds terrible with the rod knock so im not doing that anymore).
