    SOLVED: Swapped the factory flasher relay for a EP36 LED Flahser and that solved the issue. The recommended EP29 was the wrong size for my '93 K1500 - the EP36 was the correct part. Thanks @Awest623 for the help!

    Yeah, I’ve had great luck with them in the past which is why I was surprised to have issues here. I’m going to swing by AutoZone tomorrow to snag the EP29 LED flasher relay and will report back. Would be a nice easy fix if that’s all it takes!

    I’ll give the relay a try, thanks! These 1147 LEDs have the resistors built into a connect ballast so I’m surprised I’m having this issue. I’ve also used these exact LEDs on 3 or 4 other cars/trucks with 0 issues. These are them: https://a.co/d/90PasT0

    UPDATE: I swapped 2 of the bulbs and have confirmed that the issue stays linked to a specific socket, it does not move with the bulb.

    I pulled the vacuum line off of the EGR valve and tested it by hand: block the vacuum port with my thumb and pressed in the diaphragm. The EGR valve held a perfect vacuum seal and the diaphragm did not expand back down until I released my thumb from the vacuum port on the EGR valve. Do you think...
