Squarebody Column In OBS
I’m manual swapping my 89 and the time has come to switch the steering column. I’ve found a good deal on an 84 column out of a floor shift squarebody with tilt and cruise and everything else I desire. Okay so now I’m sure that the one I saw was a pre 96 version with the angled studs. So my question is, would I be better to find one of the small ones (2 pics on the top) or use the bigger style one I have currently (pic on the bottom)- Dadstruck88

Thanks for all the info Richard! If I’m not mistaken the 96+ bracket also has horizontal bolts to mount to the firewall?
