    Already discovered a nice thing about Chevys, you can actually find parts lol Took me about five mins to find a bumper about 10 mins away. Looking for a Dodge bumper would take a week and it would be four hours away lol

    Lol I def can’t complain about my in-laws! Amazingly enough, the only thing that got chewed on was the hose to the fuel vapor canister, not even a nibble on any of the wiring!

    First round of cleaning before I brought her home, still needs more, but she cleaned up pretty good. No issues at all on the 250 mile drive home, and I already picked up a replacement bumper.

    Got pics today. Has a couple of rust spots besides the front bumper, but overall not bad, and she’s free, so no complaints here! And she started right up on the first try after sitting in the field the last couple of years.

    No pics yet, but it’s a smooth bumper with the work truck grille, def lower trim level, no carpet & manual windows. Has a/c tho, five speed manual and a v8, I think it’s the 5.7. Picking it up later this week, so I’ll have more info then.

    Getting a 2000 Chevy 2500 4x4 from my in-laws, it’s in pretty good shape, only 90k miles. But it needs a new front bumper. What years will fit? I’m a Mopar guy, this is my first Chevy, so I’m learning, thanks!
