7.4/454 Cam Upgrade Selection

I need a little help picking a cam. I'm planning on replacing pretty much all of the valvetrain. I have a 2000 K3500 CCLB 7.4/454 with 200k miles and there's and odd misfire that I can only explain by something funky going on in the valvetrain...

2000 K3500 454/7.4 runs rough; sucks and blows

I have a weird issue with the 454 in my 2000 GMC K3500. I've been racking my brain for a long time. When I watch it idle at the tail pipes it will suck a rag in and out on the right bank, but not the left bank (left seems to run fine). It acts just like what's happening in the video linked...
