Round u-bolts

I just bought 3 in blocks for my 98 Chevy ext cab and in the instructions for the blocks it says the round u-bolts should never be used in a square u-bolts application. The kit has rounds ones and the truck has square ones but in the instructions the new bolts wrap around the axle. Will these...

Blinkers and reflectors

I need some help. I just blacked out my front end and I can't stand the yellow/orange of the blinkers and reflectors. Any ways I can change the colors of those? Reflectors for sure, blinkers I can live with. Links and pictures would be awesome! Thanks!

So many options, Don't know what to do!!

Okay I'm fairly new to this site and I love it! I have a 98 xcab that is a beast but its getting up there in miles. I plan on pulling the tranny and beefing it up a bit and I figured might as well do the engine while I'm at it. I was trying to figure out what I wanted to do as far as rebuilding...

Rebuilding l460e

I've got a 98 with with 209 on her and still running strong. The only problem is the tranny is going out in it. While I was away at college my dad was driving it and noticed that the engine wound dance up and down about 100 rpm's when when cruising from about 45 - 65 mph. Its been doing it for...
