Help keep these center caps on the truck!

I have an '89 K2500 with steel wheels and the pound-on center caps. I lost one of them soon after I started driving the truck, and I have dropped and recovered center caps on two other occasions. I know how to orient them, and know they are just pounded on, but I can't really get them to seat...

TBI 454 idler pulley spacer, bushing, or sleeve

Does anyone recognize this part from behind my idler? The large one on the left was installed, the small one came from the parts store. The thick part is bent and the pulley isn't in plane with the belt, so I want to get a replacement. I can't find this part in the diagrams. If I install the...
