1991 chevy manual transmission options
Thanks for the advice. I’ll keep up the search a while longer, just having trouble finding a good condition 3500 and don’t want to attempt that rebuild. The four speed is sounding more and more appealing. Even though I don’t want to lose overdrive.- KvnZ

1991 chevy manual transmission options
wondering if anyone here would be kind enough to send me in the right direction. Transmission in my 1991 k1500 V-6 is shot. It’s a 5 speed manual probably the 5lm60 but not sure. Want to replace with the NV4500 Or the SM465. Wondering if either is a bolt in, and what years are compatible.- KvnZ
