Tool to drill out header o2 spot

I ordered my headers for my 88 k1500 350. What bit or tool do I use to drill out the o2 sensor spot? Side note is the heated o2 sensor ac delco afs74 the correct sensor? should I wrap my spark plugs with fiber glass tape? and is there any material I can use if this butts again anything like...

Stock replacement carb

Sorry for all the questions. Any recommendations for a carb replacement for my 1988 k1500 4x4 350 automatic? I have searched jegs and they have a few. Didn’t know if anyone had a preference. Looking for better mpg if possible. i am going to remove smog pump once I do headers. Thanks so much all

Aftermarket headunit where stock radio is

Is there a combo for a headunit that fits in the same spot as the stock radio. So far I only found a center dash kit. Does it have to be a headunit without a cdplayer? I have a 1988 k1500. Thank you all

Bolt in Lower ball joint
