Newest money pit, now featuring a diesel

Leaving my hometown in TN, heading back to Colorado. This is why I Iove this thing. Wife, kids, dogs, all our traveling stuff, plus on whole storage unit (the trailer is full floor to ceiling). 99 K2500 6.5 diesel Suburban with more done to it than I can remember. Bigger HX40 turbo is the highlight.

Defrost only blows luke warm, not hot

So, I have searched here, and the web, trying to find the same issue and/or an answer. I have a 99 K2500 Suburban 6.5 diesel. Front and rear heat is nice and hot. When I put it on defrost though, it is barely warm. Some backstory, I had the blower motor and resistor changed out by Midas when I...

RIP Big Red

Remembering Big Red. I loved this truck, I had just put a 383 in her when this happened. Broke my neck in that wreck. Passed out from a heart issue I didn't know I had at the time, went into the median, hit the end of a concrete wall and did a front flip. I loved this truck.
