Had a few people ask me about my “booth” setup. It’s not much, in fact it’s barely anything but it works GREAT! I have a fan on each side of the truck and a couple of air filters in the back to clear out “the cloud” [emoji23] I literally have plastic hanging by clamps Ha Ha! Final clear...

Cowl hood with fender flares ...

On the underside lip, I never noticed until I pulled the chrome trim off a few days ago. Honestly, it would probably have gone unnoticed, but I just couldn’t paint over it. The trim was loose and some small (really friggin small) rocks got in there and scratched the hell out of it and got the...

I ended up finding some rust I wasn’t expecting, so along with the new door I picked up I ordered two new fenders as well ... kinda butt hurt about having to do that but it’s probably for the best. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

In the garage ... I will post some pics tomorrow. I just used some plastic and a few squeeze clamps. I also have a couple of fans pulling air out with a vent in the back, just big enough to get half the truck in at a time. Final few clear coats going on tomorrow. Sent from my iPhone using...

    Door Handles ...

Did a lot of searching on the forum because I have been looking for info on replacing door handles. I found a thread (from WAAAYYYYY back) referring to these handles and how hard they were to find. Well ... I found them and they are pretty reasonable. ...

Cowl hood with fender flares ...

I like that look, and those flares! I am going back and forth between the factory flares and the riveted. Theres something about those smooth riveted flares when painted to match the body that just get me ... I think with the wheels and (slightly) bigger tires I have coming that it will look...

4 coats of single stage white, color sanded with 400, ready for clear! Once clear is shot I will hit the underside of the new StyleLine cowl hood and the door jambs/inside of door. 2” cowl, $300 shipped, not too bad of a deal. No clear on the jambs and inside door, really surprised at the...

    Door Alignment

Got it. I plan on getting at it tomorrow. I will update ... I do know that there is not much wiggle room on that striker. I have seen where other guys have drilled that hole out for more wiggle room. Is this advised or frowned upon? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Door Alignment

Gotcha, thanks! It does close easily however. If I move the striker out, would that cause the center of the door to be too far out in the center? I appreciate your help man, sorry, I have never adjusted a door before, great learning experience. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
