4l80e to 4l60e vortec 5.7 in s10

I put a vortec 5.7 and its computer out of a 96 chevy 3/4 ton 4x4 into my s10. Motor and computer used to be connected to a 4l80e. I swapped in a 4l60e out of a 96 chevy 1/2 ton 2wd. Wiring harness is from Howell EFI for my application. Reflashed the computer and no codes or errors. Motor runs...

Will this work and if so what parts do i need? (1996 vortec to 2006 gto 4l65e)

I have a motor out of a 1996 Chevy 2500 4x4 and want to bolt on a leftover 2006 4l65e out of a GTO. I'm trying to figure out what bellhousing to use, and if I will need a different flywheel than what the truck currently has. Truck was connected to a 4l80. Also will the TC from the GTO be fine...
