    I replaced one side of my drum brakes and wheel cylinder. The other side was perfect so I didn't do it. I still have a soft pedal after bleed with a one person bleeder.     93 K1500 5.7 | Overheating issues.

    So few months back my 5.7 over heated and blew the head gaskets, I recently rebuilt the motor cuz the head gasket blew out. So I decided to rebuild the whole motor... New heads new intake new water pump. new thermostat newer radiator, still overheats. Any help with this?

    Whats my lift height?

    Well the truck I just bought apparently only has 7in overall of lift (was told 4in suspension, 3in body). But from what ive heard the 4in and 6in lift are the same lift. The 6in just has AAL's. The thing is on my truck it has 1 ton rear leafs and a 14 bolt so does that make it really a 6in lift...

    So thinking of a new exhaust system for my truck. (Has a Borla Cat-Back Exhaust) Its quiet at idle, but when you step on it she sounds mint. I want something that is louder at idle with a nice lope. But IYHO whats the best sounding exhaust for a 350? Also for the 5.0 and the 4.3?

    Is it alright to drive around a 4l60e with a bad 3-4 clutch pack?

    Like just driving around town and stuff? No 3rd or 4th, have to order the 3-4 clutch pack and seal. Is it okay to drive?

    4.3 vortec dies after 10-30 seconds?

    its a 97 c1500 with a 4.3 v6. Im leaning towards the fuel pump but part of me thinks wiring? I have to wait for the pump to prime after it dies. Also has been destroying fuel pump relays for a while. Any thoughts?
