    Well the intial try out led to me being very frustrated with a haynes manual! But i think i figured out my harness, my ez tcu i found out i can just plug into my distributor for tach out since msd puts out a clean enough signal. But now i may see if i can jumper in the factory dash tach wire...

    Not a lot of visual stuff to show today, got all the valves adjusted properly I hope! Got the timing covwr on and new pan gasket, then installed the intake and carb! Bad news is the long tube headers I ordered were the wrong ones, drivers side fits perfect passenger side not so much! Fml...

    Just some updates, damn summit told me the timing gear/chain set I ordered was right, aaaannnnntttt wrong it was for the older non roller style sbc. But thankfuly a friend had a timing gear set for my motor handy. So tomorrow I will be adjusting rockers and bolting the motor back together!

    Got the valve springs intoday well watching my girls! So it was hard to get going on it. Plus my valve spring compressor sucks! But I should have everything bolted on, then time to get my wiring and gauges all put in.

    And polar I will be sending that pm about 30 secs after I post this. Heres a odd question, could I run the factory pump with a regulator, just hard wire the pump to a switch or a oil pressure saftey switch?

    Got the tps sensor, and im just gonna wire it up like a old hot rod. And what is this ac thing you speak of lol! Cause the way I look at it thats all im doing but using a 99 c2500 crew cab as the platform, now I need to get the basic gauges for now. Lol

    Well ifbi use the universal im just gonna remove all of the factory then! Lol just gonna make this coming weekend longer if my summit order gets here on time. Hey polar how do you like the eztcu trans controler? That will be on its way. Any advice on installing it?

    Alright, now with triming stuff off the harness will the computer still work if most everything is removed? So maybe just take my universal 21 circuit wiring harness and throw that in and buy gauges?
