Homies hot rod... I used to joke with the flooring guy that had a panel version, told him it was GMs answer for the eco- friendly rapist! Lmao. I really dig the black and white look of your wife's tho.
Yep. I'm not a big fan of lift blocks in general but its just a toy. I'm going to build a traction bar this spring and find a different leaf pack to get rid of the blocks.
My 6 inch rcx lift blocks wrap bad! Mind you I'm pushing a lot of weight. I have that same shudder from a dead stop, I can also feel and see it if I go from park to drive or reverse. Traction bar is my future fix...
Most people wait till they are plugged and the vehicle will barely move! Its just a cut out and replace thing but depending on what state your in for emissions laws, you might just be able to put pipe back in instead. I'm in mn where there are no laws really so I'm straight piped but every state...
With 37's the whole front end is a weak link... Cv's won't last long, tie rods... I've even seen years ago where a front diff case busted in half! And that was with 35s and trying to baby it. I agree with scottyinwv, save the money and SAS.
Just my opinion but I think a cam and some exhaust wake them up. Stock I think they are doggie... Speaking of exhaust, does your truck still have a cat? It might be robbing your power if its starting to plug... I feel you on the diesel thing, my 7.3 makes around 400 and sucks to start, have to...
Ya their right around 42 but I wonder if that big old honking tank would hang to low? But I guess if you don't drag the tail over stumps it probably won't be a big deal...
See for muddin idk... I never have had time to really do it. I've worked asphalt construction since I've had a license so being laid off all winter I got addicted to snow wheeling. So the fans work better to keep the truck hotter but ya I could see where I'd be wrong when it comes to mud...
For snow wheeling yes. I didn't do one and now regret not doing it first. Lifts and lockers are nice but just mean you have to play with bigger trucks. Stock height with good tires, electric fans on a switch, free flowing air and exhaust and tow hooks is all a guy really needs to play in snow...
Maybe that's why its rear end is a couple inches higher... Lol. I just cranked the keys till the front was on the downward bump stops and called it good.
