yellowing under badges

After I took one of my badges off the tailgate it left this yellow looking stuff. it is not any sort of residue it's almost like the clear coat is stained any fix to this?http://www.gmt400.com/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=27535&d=1426262293

Color change

If possible can you change the color to mossy oak shadow grass blades, also I'd like the truck to have all the moulding removed and bed line the truck as high as the top of the bumper. Whichever picture will be easier to use is fine
