Low voltage at fuel pump connector.

I've been working on my silverado off and on trying to solve a low fuel pressure problem. I got a multi meter and have been testing various connections. The batt and relay seem to be fine, but for some reason there is ~8 volts at the pump connector, which i assume is too little to run reliably...

97 Silverado 5.7 problems

Hey, hello all, im new but have browsed in the past. I have a 97 z71 with the 5.7 that i just replaced a dieing fuel pump in, but the truck still bucks but now it's only when in OD, street driving is pretty consistently good except for a few cylinder drops at idle. The fuel filter is ~5,000...
