I use a quick connect fuel pressure tester. Use Gasoila E-Seal when sealing the fuel pressure fitting.

94-95 had pressure of 26-32psi vs 9-13. They also used different spec injectors.
One thing I would replace that was not mentioned is the 'pick up coil' within the distributor. The one you have is likely original. You'll need to pull the distributor to replace it. Delco or Delphi only when replacing parts. As for wires I run the NAPA HD truck wires with ceramic boot ends...
I had a code 35 issue that was very very intermittent. I could go 1000+ miles without one and then...always showed when coming to a stop then moving selector to 'Park'. SES would come on.
