    Thank you for the information I really appreciate it. The guy was using the truck as his daily until October so it has been sitting since then. I have around 1K saved up to try to get it running. Would it be better to have it rebuilt or try to invest in a different engine. Thanks again.

    Ended up getting it resolve the catalytic converter was the culpri was finally able to get it to pass with ERG replaced, O2 sensor replaced and a new catalytic converter thankfully.

    I was able to take some picture of the items you talked about to see if there’s anything visually wrong. For some reason the EGR has like a cut wire. This is a new truck to me just bought it last month. I had the transmission rebuilt but that’s about it. 225K on the engine I believe

    Replacing Bench Seat with Bucket Seats

    I wanted to work the interior of my 1989 c3500 single cab. I have some bucket seats I got from the junkyard that came off a 96 1500. Would I be able to interchange the bench seat since it is in bad shape for the bucket seats that are just laying around in my garage? Any advice would be appreciated.
