Rim and tire opinions

Hey just wanted some opinions on rim and tire setups.Its time for something new so i ordered some 37x12.5r17 Cooper STTs, im not sure what style or width rim would look the best.The truck below is the weapon there going on so please feel free to leave your thoughs and maybe pictures to help out...

Vortec problem

Update,although brand new I decided to change the distributor cap believing it was a faulty part,swapped it out and the truck runs great.I want to thank everyone for the guidance and help.

Vortec problem

I apologize,I did it with the key on truck off,and with the truck at idle with revs.With the truck held at 2000-3000 rpm it spits and sputtered yet the pressure held.It fluctuated from 52-60 and averaged 55.I will attempt to go for a drive and monitor it sometime in the next couple of days.

Thanks for the help,I just did a pressure test and all seemed normal,the cats are high flow magnaflows and are only 2 years old(shouldnt be clogged).When revving it up it seems like theres a lot of greyish exhaust,I checked the oil and its not milky.The distributor gear is something im...

Hey,I have a 97 gmc with the 5.7 vortec motor,for the past 3 months i only drove it once a week.The other day i went to go into town and the truck started to pop,sputter and backfire.It starts fine and idles fine but when it reaches 2000 rpm the problem starts and seems to be worse when...

15 inch wheels will they fit?

Hey,Im running 15" rims on my truck,dont know the offset or backspacing and a buddy of mine has the same truck and he is also running 15s.

lower control arm bushings

Well as far as getting the tires under there,no trim,keys cranked a little ,and so far my halfshafts are fine.The truck has 208 000 kms on it and i believe all the frontend parts are stock(1 ball joint when alignment was done)
