88 Chevy Will start but shuts off. At a Lost need Help

Always, always, lubricate threads on any puller before and during use. Like anything else, you get what you pay for.

Got some heartbreaking news today...

I had a 93 K1500 Blazer that was totaled. I bought it back for $280.00. Best money I ever spent. Sold the cold air intake kit for $100, and the truck for $1100.00. It was repaired and sold, and as far as I know, it's still on the road. Good luck with your truck, there are plenty of parts out there.

1998 k1500 5.7 vortec pinging no codes

Does it do it all the time? At start up, or after warm up? Acceleration or deceleration? Idle or all the time? Does anything make it worse?

Anyone have this grille on their truck?

I haven't seen that one, where is it from? I have the speed grills inserts in black chrome, recessed into a stock grill shell, and it is awesome. You can probably get the same effect by spraying a black tint, of a candy color over the wire sections. The black chrome effect gives it more depth...

Softer ride possible?
