    Good to know, thanks. I did test the contacts earlier due to my rear defrost not working on the passenger side, top 2 are for defrost, 3&4 are for the door lock, #5 is the dome light. Trucks a 99.

    Everything appears to be where it should. Nothing loose, no rattles, no air or rain getting through.

    I ordered the driver side contacts from LMC, I'm gonna see if I can take it apart and look at possible alternatives. 1, replace the damaged ones with the old ones from the drivers side. 2, replace them with a solid piece of brass rod for a more permanent solution.

    Here's a couple pics of the contacts. The top one is mushroomed and gets stuck in the compressed position.

    Not sure if I'm posting this in the right area but here it goes. My electrical contacts on the rear passenger side barn door are in rough shape and in need of being replace or fixed. My door locks still work for now but my defrost has no connection. Before I could just clean the contact areas...

    Thanks for the add! I came across the site looking for brake upgrades or mods for my truck. 99 Tahoe LT 2 door w/ barn doors. Added 2016 18" Chevy take offs, and raised the front a little with the torsion keys. Over 200,000 miles on her and running strong as my daily driver.
