    I have a 1998 vortec 5.7 with a 4l60e i’ve been looking into a ls swap but i don’t even know where to start don’t have much mechanical experience or know what to get can someone tell me everything that’s needed i want to do it myself to learn location and names of things thanks.

    I’ve fixed it i have power in the instrument cluster again but now this new starter that i bought the gear doesn’t reach the flywheel to start it

    it’s in park/ the ac and the bluetooth radio works it’s just that the actual dash is just all the way off im guessing it’s something to do with ignition. also just tried to jump the starter i jumped it but it doesn’t connect with the flywheel i’m assuming they gave me the wrong one

    whenever i turn the key you don’t hear anything no lights neither nothing it’s almost as if you didn’t turn the key

    Let me start by the beginning i bought this truck 1998 silverado single cab with a rebuilt engine and transmission the previous owner said the swap has 35000 miles. Drove it from where i bought it to my house 3 hour drive it got home good, 10 minutes into my journey home i get a check engine...
