    Hi pgutier1, I'm not 100% sure what years are compatible but I know the 1999 shroud won't fit 1998 1500 with tilt, and automatic transmission would be the best bet. I found this video. It may be something you don't want to tackle. Not sure if there's an easier way. Glad to pay you if you do...

    No color doesn't matter I wouldn't think. It has a tan interior but the column shroud was black. If you have one that isn't broken just let me know how much you want for it. Thanks.

    I thought about it. That would be worse case scenario because most of the attachment points are broken off.

    I sure do. There are two part numbers, one for the upper and lower assemblies. Upper 26036499 and Lower 26036498.
