NBS Front Brake Swap for OBS Trucks

I started going down this path and viewed another thread after drowning in this one (although I did read thru all 24 pages at least once) and I bought the wrong spindles apparently (off of a 2500HD 4WD with 8 lug hubs) and I am trying do do this on a 99 2dr Tahoe 4WD stock height with 6 lug...

Low Oil pressure, check gauges. Should I change the oil pump? 99 Tahoe 5.7 125k mi

Well, after reading what a major PIA it is to drop the pan, I'm going to first change the oil and use my HF boroscope to inspect the pickup. I've also heard that, while unlikely, it could be an issue with the oil filter. So I'll gamble $20 on some cheap dyno oil and a new purolator oil filter...

Well, just my luck. I finish my 0411 PCM swap w/efans, and get the engine dyno-tuned, drive it one day and on the way home I get a drop in oil pressure and the light saying "check gauges". The oil pressure @ 50mph was only 20psi, but when I stop to turn w/no gas drops all the way to basically...

What's the easiest way to hook into stock exhaust on 2 dr tahoe w/LSx swap?

I just put a new magnaflow cat system and gibson 3" catback and now am already thinking about an LSx swap. I'd like to run stock exhaust manifolds but could do shorty headers if that helps Would like to hook into the magnaflow system I just put on, but also open to a new cat forward if there...

I'm looking into this too, as I want to install my 0411 soon. I think you have to change to a 3 wire sensor; I found this on HP tuner's site: "You should be able to control the E-Fans based on ECT ... but if your Blazer has A/C you will not be able to control the E-Fans when the A/C is...

G80 Code?

My new to me 99 Tahoe 4wd doesn't have G80, even though its a Z71. How hard is it to get a posi out of a j/y to fit? What vehicles will work w/10bolt on OBS? I'd like a posi for the snow when I'm not in 4WD. Thoughts? Or is this upgrade not worth the pain?

MOBS, Any recommended kits to get the Taiwan ballast? I'm looking for the best bang for the buck 35W 6000k high and low kits (if I've read this thread correctly). And likely the TYC elegante housing...
