More than 20 years ago I had a 73 and 76 Burb. Both were two wheel drive and they just worked. After 3 Dodge Cummins towing a 20K 5th wheel we were done with RV'ing. I sold the Dodge and went looking for my next ride/project. I started looking at the OBS pickups and then saw a few Burbs and remembered how much I liked them.

I ended up saving a 94 GMC Burb from a downward spiral toward the scrap heap and then found a deal on a 97 Chevy Tahoe I couldn't pass up.

Bringing both up to acceptable operating levels has put a dent in the "retired" budget. I get the evil eye from my wife from time to time so trying to do as much as I can at home.

I appreciate the GMT400 family and all the help that is available !
