Sprayed the grille black just to see how it would look, this grille is busted and wont be on truck much longer anyway... No other progress really, except truck will be on my insurance in about 2 weeks so I can start driving it to work and get alittle work done on it...- Colyn.

Question for you guys... I am throwing around the idea of doing a super old style paint theme. Clearcoat straight over bare metal.. Ive already figured out that it will hold up fine in weather, ect.. But how would I fill in the spots for the roll pan, gas door and such without bondo? Like I mean...- Colyn.

I might do that if I can find a old one to cut up but my gate has some other dents and stuff on it so I might just order a shaved gate skin. Oh and that orange truck is the red one repainted. Check the dash and all it was repainted the same.. I wanted to swap out to the 94+ dash and all but I...- Colyn.

Tail lights are staying I hate shaved tail lights or caddy lights. OEM tails or leds that look like stock are going back on it... I want that grille but with a emblem so if I cant get one with a emblem I will just live with it and have a badgeless grille. And im leaning more towards a roll pan...- Colyn.

Okay guys I want some of your opinions, plan is to keep the 88-89 style headlights but upgrade the grille and run a smooth front bumper. window tint
I recently stripped all the tint of my '89 and I love it, that one wont ever have tint put back on it but I dont daily drive it so.... But my '05 has 5% on all the rears, 20% fronts and then a 5% stripe and I love it but soon im going back to have the shield done in 45% just to knock off the...- Colyn.

My NBS is 5/8 so im totally used to driving low static, so it wouldnt be that big of a chance. I bet a RCSB is alot easier to drive than a CCSB..... The project might be pushed back alittle due to some issues at work but well see how things go. I have plenty of time to work on it since its not...- Colyn.

It had it bad, camper top, tons of pin stripes, fender chrome, vent visors, all that good stuff. Ive removed pretty much everything I can until I start doing the bodywork then alot of things are going to be changed.
