Leaky Suburban driving me crazy!
I had a similar situation: turned out that it was a combination of four smaller leaks: 1. the boot that seals between the door and the frame (passenger's door) wasn't seated/sealed, and water would run down the hole, and into the passenger compartment; 2. roof rack h/w had rusted solid, but...- Burb Burb Burb

1997 GMC 1500 4WD won't engage and just blinks
I had a similar issue on my 99 burb: intermittent lights on the 4wd switch. It would shift great sometimes, and be dead at other times. Turned out that the leads on the back of the 4wd switch were corroded. Cleaned 'em up w sandpaper, then a touch of dielectric grease. Now 4wd switch lights...- Burb Burb Burb
