    If you do try welding a nut on I would heat the studs as stated about cherry red and then spray it down with PB Blaster and see if it will back out.

    Yeah you don’t need to replace your manifolds for that. We have a local exhaust guy that basically makes a living drilling out broken and retapping broken studs it’s easy with the right tools. I’d take it off and take it to a competent shop and keep your factory manifolds.

I even changed out the spring pack from my original seat and the foam which was perfect. The donor seat was cloth so it didn’t have the Velcro strips on...

    Thanks for the reply. I’ll have to claim ignorance though. Turn the cover inside out and roll it over the foam seat bottom and then secure with the hog rings?
