    I am running heddman longtubes ordered from Summit, I do have a body lift so that made the install a piece of cake and no clearance issues at all.

    I think it would look bad, I have an OBS and a NNBS and the rear on my 08 is alot bigger than the 94s rear bumper.

    I can answer your last question and that is yes. Some of the D44s came as 8lug version under the 3/4 ton GM trucks.

    Good eye, the truck ride pretty well and straight other than past 45-50 and it gets pretty bad.

    I believe it is a good 2-3 inches of clearance added with the cutouts. Not really cranked much probably abit more than stock. I don't need an allignment why do you ask?

    Actually I feel that it needs to be a bit bigger. Idk maybe I am just used to it or something. Someday I will measure to see how high it actually is.

    get cut outs for the exhaust if you want loud. Best of both worlds loud when you want it and tame when you don't.
