    power door locks not working

    my 92 rclb just quit, but only on the drivers side. pass. side is ok. im thinkin just a door switch when i get time i'll take the switch apart and see whats up with it . my other truck, i rebent and cleaned the brass contact points on the door swich and works good now.

    Turn signal problem

    turn the 4/way flasher on and listen for the ckicking or touch the flasher youll feel the clicking then hunt for the other one, i really cant tell you location.... been years since i crawled under a dash

    im assuming the truck is factory stock...if the right side is not working and the left side is ,turn the left side blinkers on ,walk to the back and then to the front see exactly which bulbs are lit and blinking, now turn the right side on and see if the exact bulbs are lit, if one is not lit...

    Brake Pads/Rotors

    next month i'm going to put my 92 on jack stands and do a complete 4 wheel brake job.. pads, shoes, rotors, drums, calipers, wheel cylinders etc and so far im leaning towards NAPA or the chevy dealer and get original equipment or step up. i'm tired of the junk i'm been gettin at the discount...

    got a wobble....need help figuring out what it is....

    try flipping the bad front tire with the back tire and drive it. see if it makes a change.if it does then you probably got a broken belt on the tire. lots of tires ive seen through the years get that way. more than likely from pot holes in the road etc. out of balance tires will vibrate/rough...

    how much of a load

    i gotta 92 single cab 1500 longbed 2wd, and i just want to level the truck (probably wlth lowering shackles in the back) how can i know how much if any,i lost in load capacity? i still want to carry small to medium stuff (boxes, furniture etc.) thanks..... probably going with 17's instead of...

    drying your truck

    idk maybe you do or dont but the last few times washing the truck i been using the leaf blower (craftsman 215mph/475cfm) to dry out the grill ,door handles molding etc.etc. works great and fast, still w/a chamois. really fast dry time just thought i'd pass this along.

    new from illinios

    just got a "like new" 92 long bed 1500 it sure does need a lot of changes(add to and take off) I been away from custom trucks for years so now i got to get back in the ring and see what i can do. :hmm:
