    got the mufflers bought today just gotta weld it up after work. And ive had headers b4 on my 81 c10 i know they will almost always cause like ticks but this is something different its like a knockish sound only at certain rpm and in gear. Its starting to irritate me! ha

    Just put KMJ shorty headers on my 93 pickup. Has the 350 with auto trans. Engine ran great before the headers. Now with headers on there is ticking/knock type noise coming from what seems like the driver side. It currently has no exhaust on it so its not like and exhaust leak at the 3 bolt...

    Its pretty snappy will push 6000 rpm when downshifting, and will bark the tires when shifting from 2st to 2ND
