Will a 2005 chevy tahoe lower control arm fit on a 99?

Define "better rotor mounting".
The newer 8-lug has slip-on rotors just like the 6-lugs.

I'm meaning on the 88-98 where you have to take the damn wheel bearing off to remove the rotor. I forgot the 99+ had the slip on rotor.
