Wheels from NBS work on OBS (OE)?

Hello all, just a quick question someone probably knows offhand. Do you know if the newer chevy 1500 wheels from 99 and up will fit the same on the OBS trucks from '88 to '98? I found some OE chevy chrome rims that are 17 inches and wondering if they will work on a 94 ECSB that currently has the OE 16 inchers.
