Have 2 of them, 1 with the bolt and nut, one without. One opens and closes fairly easily the other is kinda stiff. Both have some broken hinges but still open and close. Let the pics be your guide, will take more if wanted. These are for 95+ GMT400's.

Yes, driver side, should be a hole in the fender well and a speed nut in the fender for these to go into.

I ship USPS so let me get an estimate.
