Truck is Running poorly after snowstorm

My bet is the converters bit the big one after being red hot and getting sprayed with slushy snow. Start the truck and if you hear the catalyst rattling inside the can.

The cat was shot when i did my exhaust this summer so i removed it, its a 3in pipe from the y pipe to the muffler out back.

Something to add. I just took it for a spin to see what it was doing. From cold it drives normal, idles steady and has regular power through out the revs. As soon as it warms up it starts driving like crap. Wants to stall when idling. So possibly temp sensor? What do you think?
