timing question

I hook my code reader up and it reads live data
and I was looking at the spark adv and at idle it is
reading -15.5 and when u rev it up it goes to
-36. Made sure iam at tdc.

What could be my problem???

We need more information than that. What year an engine size, any codes present. What led you to check the timing, are you having drivability issues or????

no codes present
the reason I checked it is bc it is hard to start when
hot. Idles crazy when hot also.

then I drove it and it seems slugish and no power

Replace the coolant sensor.If it runs good cold I doubt its the timing.
