I just got a set of KMC D Back wheels for basically free just need new tires on them. But my question is im currently running 265/75r16s but can I fit the 285/65r18s that are on the wheels? I have no lift just a little crank. I may put a block kit in or 3/4 ton springs. But will these tires fit as my truck sits?? Thanks guys!!!

I have 285/75r16s on my 3/4 ton but i know those sit a little higher but if not mistaken a 285/65 is about an inch shorter than a 285/75? I would love to lift it higher but then it wont fit in the garage

285/65/R18's are 0.2 inches shorter than 285/75/R16's so you should be able to fit them fine on a stock height 4WD.
