Please don't do this. We've had about a million threads on why LEDs in Halogen housings is a bad idea.

It will probably be brighter, but the light will scatter all over the place and blind everyone in oncoming traffic. Not good.

EDIT - If you really want to learn about headlights in these trucks, this thread right here is basically the headlight bible. Lots of unrelated rambling to sift through, but lots of great information as well.

The long and short of it is this, stick with factory halogen bulbs. The only exception is a high beam HIR bulb swap.

if you must have LED headlights please do a WT grill swap and use proper DOT approved lights, such as the J.W. Speaker units..........LED's masquerading as bulbs are bad on every level, especially to oncoming traffic.

this horsey is dead........really really ****** dead

truck-lite makes Leds for the older sealed beam front clips. Id like to do that one day as the the composite light output even on stock composite headlights, is disappointing .
