swapping nv3500 to 4l60e

alright so i picked up a truck for practically nothing at all, its a 1995 gmc extended cab 305 v8 with a 5 speed. i know i can swap in a nv4500 and have a nice solid drivetrain, but i am not against the idea of finding an automatic parts truck and swapping the necessary parts over to mine. so what do you guys think would be the wise decision, this truck is going to be the work truck and parts hauler since i dont want to risk damaging my other nice obs chevy.

in my opinion the 60E is a good move, just beef it up a little, I am trying to get advice on that one as well. I did purchase a 60E w/transfercase with 40k on the clock for $900 today. I am going to mod it befor going in, it will be easer out of the truck.
