1994 K1500 4L60E to NV3500 swap

Hey, I've been looking to swap my 4l60e for a manual for a while now, and there are just a few questions I still have after a bunch of research.
First, what is the output shaft spline ct. on the nv3500's vs the 4l60e's? I've got a 241c tcase and would like to know if that is compatible or not.
Second, will an nv3500 bolt on in place of a 4l60e with no modification? If not, what other manual options do I have that do?

I previously had a '92 truck with an automatic transmission. That same transfer case went onto the nv3500 I put in, and onto the nv4500 that replaced that. From my experience, I'd say your transfer case will work.
Because mine was a cummins swap, I can't comment on other aspects of your swap.

IIRC, the 4l60e and nv3500 transfer cases will not swap out, or so was the case for me. i had blown a nv3500 years ago, but kept it and its case. the 241c on the nv3500 was 27spline, the tcase in my tahoe is a 241c with a 4l60e 30spline.

No you’ll need a tcase from a 5 speed or 4l80e truck

Get the trans crossmember from the 5 speed truck too just in case, not sure if they are different

i had blown a nv3500 years ago, but kept it and its case. the 241c on the nv3500 was 27spline, the tcase in my tahoe is a 241c with a 4l60e 30spline.

The 4l60 has the 27 spl output and nv3500 has 32 spl

Have another question, I found a guy that will sell me a NV 3500 with a transfer case already attached, but it's on a 5.7 vortec, My question is will that transmission be able to bolt up to a 5.7 TBI with no issues?
